The Lurgan Tigers Are Here

They will be incorporated in the Euro Construction Youth Academy, which has been set up to cater for the large
number of children who are currently registered in our youth section. We now have almost 250 boys and girls registered and we hope this will give them their own identity within the club and give them a sense a belonging.

Our motto is Play, Enjoy, Develop and this is at the centre of all we do.

We will encourage children of all abilities to develop to the best of their ability in a controlled, safe and fun environment. We have a large number of qualified coaches who supervise the coaching sessions for both rugby and cricket.

We will continue to promote the growth of rugby and cricket in the Lurgan area, involving boys and girls from all religious denominations. In doing so, we will strengthen links with local schools to ensure that those with the ability to progress in both games, have the support to do so.

We already have good links with schools and projects from all communities with cricket professional Niranjan Godbole and youth development officer Jonny Gillespie (rugby and cricket) visiting primary,  secondary and grammar schools all year round along with community based inititaves when required.
